As an Account Executive at LTK, you will drive our new business growth by working with the BDR and Marketing team to build pipeline and close deals. You are excited about prospecting to potential customers, and are capable of identifying high potential brands for LTK’s SaaS Platform. You enjoy speaking to potential customers and are comfortable leading a conversation and demo’ing products. You are skilled at identifying high value opportunities and highly coachable. Experience in SaaS sales with a proven track record is a plus, but if you’re hungry, smart, persistent, and a great teammate, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do 

  • Hunt, build and maintain client relationships
  • Track and record metrics throughout sales process
  • Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
  • Identify high-potential prospects and develop and execute outbound strategies to bring them to LTK
  • Hit the phones confidently with prospects from self-sourced and BDR generated efforts
  • Launch and test new outbound lead generation channels and determine how best to scale them
  • Work with the customer success team to ensure new customers are onboarded effectively
  • 1:1’s with your manager, meet & shadow current members of the LTK team
  • Set monthly OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them
  • Become a product expert and feel comfortable demoing and closing 
  • Consistently achieve your activity goals
  • Build a personal brand on LinkedIn to maintain relationships and educate/share why LTK is such a great tool for Brands to sell more.

Qualifications

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 1+ years experience in B2B SaaS Sales, Sales Development, or equivalent role
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative and coachable, willing to help others and learn everyday
  • Self starter who is used to working in a scrappy team
  • Strong interest in technology
  • Experience with Hubspot CRM
